On the video day she had been under saddle for two month and look at her now, with her fast take-off and carefulness. The 5-yr-old Ovita WH is an interesting mare to train. In addition, she is a half-sister to the 8-yr-old El Schakaar (1.45m level with Carsten-Otto Nagel) and Ivita (1.35m level).
Sire Hernandez TN N.O.P. and Kars Bonhof were on the longlist for the Olympic Games in Paris this year, would it not be for the misfortune to have been injured. A very big disappointment, because the impressive Kannan son was well in shape.
Dam Savita V jumped 1.45m courses with Marco Sas (NED). She is a daughter of the Irish stallion Cruising, who was so successful at 1.60m level under Trevor Coyle. They won Grand Prix such as the one in Aachen (1999), World Cup Finals and became second in the World Cup Finals in Gothenburg (1999).
Grandam Evita (Ramiro Z) jumped at 1.30m level and was active at CIC1* eventing. She supplied not only showjumping horses but also the approved Grand Prix dressage stallion Ferrolan. Evita is a half-sister of the 1.50m level horse Pointer.
