Azura KSH

Azura is a lovely, quiet mare with an excellent amateur or junior friendly mind. She has beautiful ground covering movement at all three gaits and perfect hunter technique in the chute. Her sire (pictured in the last photo) has been successfully campaigned in the 3'6 green and amateur owner hunters. This is a proven cross that has consistently produced beautiful small jr hunter prospects with exceptional trainability and amazing amateur and kid friendly temperaments. One of her full siblings is currently being successfully campaigned on the California young hunter and jr/am circuit and another is being shown in the 3ft hunters by a young junior rider in Alberta. Azura was lightly started under saddle in the fall of 2023, and was confidently going w/t/halt in the arena after her third ride. She is light in the bridle and responsive to the aids and will progress quickly in her training. Non-reactive laid back temperament with an easy going willing to please attitude. Good ground manners, good for the farrier, vet, trailering etc. Standing 15'2 with a large barrel that takes up the leg (uses a 52" girth) and huge stride that will have no problems getting down the lines. Will continue her under saddle training June 2024 and will be sold with minimum 30 days under saddle.
