Rochester is a lovely gelding by Rocks (jumper bloodlines of Jalisco B & Filou) out of a Urymate de Ste Hermelle (Inducteur/Alme)/Wodan (Winnetou/Luckner) mare. Top jumping bloodlines, excellent movement and a super personality make Rochester an amazing package! He shows wonderful ability in the chute with very good form and scope. Currently solid under saddle with great lateral work, easy transitions and nice changes. He is jumping grids, gates, walls as well as a variety of gymnastic work. A super easy ride Rochester is light off the leg, soft in the bridle with a wonderful work ethic. This lovely horse is just plain fun to jump and ride. Elastic with a big step Rochester will never have to push in a line. Rochester has the potential to be a top hunter/jumper with the movement for third level dressage making him a great Equitation candidate. Rochester is never spooky and always honest to the fences giving him the potential to eat up a derby course. This gentle boy is the total package!!! Rochester has current x-rays as of November 2013.
