Fair Weather Farm is an Equine Arena Undersaddle Sports Complex. We have had both English and Western clients. We are always accepting applications for employment, and run a 6am-9pm work day, the drive gate closes at 8:30pm and opens at 7am. We have optional house for the manager and apartments for the staff; we also accept work boarding. Daily routine includes: Stall cleaning once a day in the morning, breakfast and dinner grain/hay/water (suppliments and instructions to be provided by the owners), flyspray and turnout/hoof pick every day except holidays. Staff is expected to know true colic signs, and report limping, bleeding or swelling if noticeable. Fair Weather puts the horses first, and allows owners piece of mind on vacations. Our optional services extend to full daily grooming and bathes, as well as preordered leg, ear and body clipping. While owned by competetors, Fair Weather Farm does not teach horses or riders for any competition. (Boarding Trainers receive free advertising on the website for the trailer-in crowds) Fair Winds Farm is mainly for birthing stalls, surgical recovery, horses under new ownership and the development of young equestrians.
