Sarah Elizabeth Johnson was born in Dong Nai, Vietnam, and raised in Charlotte, North Carolina. Later, she relocated to Knoxville, Tennessee, to pursue her education at the University of Tennessee. She earned a BSBA in Marketing with a collateral focus on Entrepreneurship.

Since the age of five, Sarah has harbored a profound passion for equestrian riding, which blossomed during her training at Diamond Pointe Equestrian in North Carolina. Currently, she rides for Triple Hill Farm in Lenoir City, Tennessee, complemented by training from Sonny Brooke Stables and Select Sport Horses. Specializing in the Hunter/Jumper discipline, Sarah primarily focuses on Jumping.

For Sarah, equestrianism transcends mere leisure; it constitutes an intrinsic aspect of her identity. With years of committed saddle time, she has honed a distinctive perspective, refining her skills not only within the equestrian realm but also in broader life contexts.
