Drop dead gorgeous dream horse offered for sale.

Solei is a coming 8 year old Shire Saddlebred cross standing at 16.3 hands, proven broodmare and weighing 1400lbs, this big impressive girl gets all the googly eyes wherever she goes.

Solei was slowly and methodically started in early 2021 by Andres Castano.

Solei has impeccable ground manners that make her an absolute pleasure to have in the barn. She ties, stands for the Farrier, is extremely patient and loads beautifully.

She has a very polite and  extremely friendly demeanor and gets along well with all other horses. Zero mare behavior on this lovely girl. She currently lives in a pasture with another mare and a gelding.

Solei now has both experience in Western and English riding.  She has been on cattle round ups in the hills of California, numerous treacherous terrain trail rides and has recently started training for 3 day eventing. After only jumping a couple times Solei scored a respectful second place at her first event at Texas Rose in February 2023 with the dressage judge writing in all caps "WOW FACTOR". She also attended a jumper show in Weatherford recently.  She is currently entered in more shows this season. With more experience I believe Solei will be an absolute perfect low level amateur event horse.  She has no stop in her and is extremely willing. Solei is also a proven broodmare!

Solei has a supple body and a soft mouth. This mare has one desire and it is to please her rider. Virtually no spook and zero barn sour behavior. She is wonderful to trail ride alone or with a group.

Truly a horse of a lifetime. Solei would be perfect for a teenager or adult amateur that is looking for that special something.  We would love for her to continue eventing, but most importantly we would love to find her a home where she is cherished, well ridden and  well cared for. Although she  has all the makings for it we are not interested in selling her as a beginners horse. An Intermediate or above rider would be ideal.
